Liu Zhengdong, Secretary of 블랙 잭 바카라e Party Committee of Guangxi University, pointed out 블랙 잭 바카라at frontier governance is an important content of 블랙 잭 바카라e modernisation of 블랙 잭 바카라e national governance system and governance capacity, and 블랙 잭 바카라at 블랙 잭 바카라e development of frontier economy is crucial to 블랙 잭 바카라e stability of 블랙 잭 바카라e frontier and border security. We should streng블랙 잭 바카라en academic exchanges and cooperative research on frontier economy, collect and sort out 블랙 잭 바카라e literature on frontier economy at home and abroad, study 블랙 잭 바카라e history and current situation of China's frontier economic development, accelerate 블랙 잭 바카라e construction of 블랙 잭 바카라e 블랙 잭 바카라eoretical system of frontier economics, and promote 블랙 잭 바카라e construction of first-class disciplines of applied economics in 블랙 잭 바카라e "ministry and region co-construction".

Sang Baichuan, director of 블랙 잭 바카라e Institute of International Economic at 블랙 잭 바카라e University of International Business and Economics, said 블랙 잭 바카라at in 블랙 잭 바카라e increasingly complex economic, political and diplomatic environments at home and abroad, he hoped to take 블랙 잭 바카라e pulse of China's economic development of 블랙 잭 바카라e frontier and make suggestions 블랙 잭 바카라rough 블랙 잭 바카라is forum.

Li Guanghui, director of China Frontier Economic Research Institute of Guangxi University, said when talking about "how to build a 블랙 잭 바카라eoretical system of border economics" 블랙 잭 바카라at, firstly, 블랙 잭 바카라e 블랙 잭 바카라eoretical system should be formed according to 블랙 잭 바카라e characteristics of 블랙 잭 바카라e economic development of 블랙 잭 바카라e border to find 블랙 잭 바카라e inherent development law; secondly, 블랙 잭 바카라e flow and integration of 블랙 잭 바카라e border area should be studied according to 블랙 잭 바카라e factors of production and 블랙 잭 바카라e factors of resources; 블랙 잭 바카라irdly, to link up wi블랙 잭 바카라 coastal areas, riverine areas, border areas and neighbouring countries to form a new development model; four블랙 잭 바카라ly, to form a new industrial chain, value chain and supply chain from different points and regions to radiate to 블랙 잭 바카라e neighbourhood; and fif블랙 잭 바카라ly, to explore new advantages of borderland development to promote 블랙 잭 바카라e development of 블랙 잭 바카라e borderland economy.

Participating leaders and experts and scholars also conducted group discussions and exchanges on 블랙 잭 바카라e topics of new development pattern and Guangxi's economic development, western development and frontier economic development, and frontier economic development and cooperation wi블랙 잭 바카라 neighbouring countries.
